減速機
スパイラルベベルギヤとヘリカルギヤを組み合わせた2速変速機用の減速機です。 コンパクトな構造、大きな伝送出力、スムーズな動作、低ノイズなどの特性を備えています。 ギアに使用される材質は 20CrMnTi で、ギアの耐摩耗性と耐衝撃性を高めるための熱処理プロセスが施されています。 潤滑方式は油浸潤滑と飛沫潤滑を組み合わせた方式です。 ボックス内には一定量のオイルが貯留されます。 オイルはオイルディスクからオイル貯留タンクに送られ、流路を流れて軸受を潤滑します。 高速軸入口部にはスケルトンオイルシールまたはメカニカルシールを使用。 8,000 時間の運転後、減速機カバーを取り外してシールの摩耗を確認し、交換する必要があるかどうかを判断する必要があります。
