BHX シリーズ複合流閉回路冷却塔の動作原理:
冷却されるプロセス液体は蛇行冷却コイル内を循環し、スプレー水システムによって外部から継続的に湿らされます。 熱はコイルの壁を通って伝わり、スプレー水と空気に触れると飽和蒸気になります。 熱はファンによって大気中に放出されますが、水はミストセパレータによってたらいに集められ、回路内にスプレーされます。 PVC充填によりスプレー水の温度が下がります。 スプレー水は外気と同じ方向に流れ、主に大きな熱伝導によってコイルを冷却します。これは、冷却塔の出口温度が湿球温度に非常に近い場合に特に適しています。

SS304/316L/亜鉛メッキ鋼/赤銅コイル。 当社には、コイルの材料品質をテストおよび管理する専門部門があります。 コイル素材が到着したら、まず加圧試験により気密性を確認します。 すべての単一コイルがこの方法でテストされます。 冷却塔コイルは常圧1.0MPaですが、1.2MPa以下で0.5時間かけてテストします。
